Homero and his wife, Lazara, living in Geneva, Switzerland, are foreign workers who make a living each day by doing jobs which include driving an ambulance. One day, the ex-president of their country appears in front of the couple, who are up to their ears trying to make a living, let alone saving for their children’s education. Lazara and Homero each have different memories of the ex-president, who has come to Geneva to cure his illness. The two who had been living peacefully together, suddenly find themselves in conflict due to the appearance of the ex-president. As the misunderstanding of the couple deepens, they finally get to see the ex-president as a “human being”.
