DIGITAL HERMITS

Since it has become almost impossible, especially for young people, to be in control of the degree to which they lead a digital life, people increasingly fully opt in or opt out of a digital lifestyle. Being left with the choice between two extremes, our world is full of hermits living their lives in a digital world, or in a completely analogue one.
Are digital relationships occupying the most of our time? Must we choose between a life more and more controlled by the digital world and a life completely free from it? Or is it possible to keep a balance between the two?
